The activities are guided by a series of important speeches such as the spirit of the 19th Party and General Secretary Xi Jinping on building a strong manufacturing country. The goal is to promote the professionalism in the national mold industry and adhere to the theme of talent resource capacity building to adjust and optimize. The talent structure is the main line. Through the selection of “excellent mold craftsmen and craftsmen mold elites”, the talent incentive mechanism is established to promote the construction of a knowledge-based, skilled and innovative labor force; promoting talent development, demonstrating excellence and creating an industry culture .
